TRX Spin Fusion

Join for me every WEDNESDAY at 8:30 AM for a fun, and definitely SWEATY class at the brand new Studio 3 Muskoka in Port Carling. First we will spend about 20 min burning up the bikes for a fun, all levels spin program, and then we will jump on the TRX Suspension systems for a full body strength workout, hitting muscles you didn’t know you had! Yoga

Either stay after the TRX Spin Fusion class, or just join us at 9:30am every WEDNESDAY for a very well-deserved yoga class! With a focus on alignment, inner strength and posture, find your inner warrior with this OM worthy class at the brand new Studio 3 Muskoka in Port Carling. With a little bit of flow, core work, delicious stretches and always a well-deserved relaxing meditation, this class is for all levels. Just bring your positive attitude, and enjoy some you-time! Muscle & Sculpt

Entering into our 4th summer at Namastay’ in Mukoka in Bala, join us for a fun, low-impact circuit class! With a focus on proper form, lots of fun, great company, and definitely sculpting muscles, this class can get BUSY! So be sure to sign up early. Passes or drop-in rates available. This class also runs ALL YEAR, so if you find yourself up at the cottage in the fall, winter, or spring, come out for a great workout! Sign up below.

Learn to Run a 5km

Get back into your running routine, or accomplish a new goal! Step by step running instructions, with a beginners approach to getting your mileage up to 5km in an attainable, and low-impact manner. Candace will give you tips on nutrition for running, stretching, strengthening and helpful tips to help you cross the finish line! Just in time for Band on The Run in Huntsville!

No running experience necessary…just a pair of running shoes and some determination required! STARTS APRIL 23th!
