Core and Restore
Either stay after the TRX Spin Fusion class, or just join us at 9:45am every WEDNESDAY for a half hour of core strengthening, glute building and showing yourself what you are capable of! The first half of this class is a sweaty, core burning workout, followed by a slow, well-deserved stretch! Do something for yourself, and leave this class feeling like a new person!
Strength and Mobility
Join me every Friday at 8:30AM for a great strength training workout! This class will hit every major muscle group in a fun, energetic circuit, with a focus on proper form and moving properly. We will finish off with mobility drills and plenty of core work to keep you doing all those Muskoka activities you love with ease!
Learn to Run a 5km
Get back into your running routine, or accomplish a new goal! Step by step running instructions, with a beginners approach to getting your mileage up to 5km in an attainable, and low-impact manner. Candace will give you tips on nutrition for running, stretching, strengthening and helpful tips to help you cross the finish line! Just in time for Band on The Run in Huntsville!
No running experience necessary…just a pair of running shoes and some determination required! STARTS APRIL 23th!
