Welcome! Thanks for visiting my website and blog. This is my space to share my favourite recipes, workouts, and rant about some common fitness fads that get me going! I am a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor living in the beautiful Muskoka Lakes, traveling from home to cottage getting people sweating and feeling stronger. I have a background in Kinesiology and enjoy everything about being outdoors in Muskoka! (well, except the blackflies...).
I believe that living a healthy lifestyle shouldn't be a chore, and exercise shouldn't be something you hate, life is too short! I think healthy food should be delicious, exercise should be fun, and your body and mind should be happy because you are YOU. Sounds too good to be true?!
